Neil Steinberg - IP Counsel
Neil A. Steinberg has more than 15 years of intellectual property experience in both the corporate and private environments.

He started working with Innovative Silicon in April 2003. From 1999 through 2001, Mr. Steinberg was Vice President and General Patent Counsel at Rambus Inc. (Los Altos, California). While at Rambus, Mr. Steinberg was responsible for company-wide intellectual property matters, including strategic patent acquisition, patent and technology licensing and global patent enforcement.

From 1994 to 1998, Mr. Steinberg was Assistant General Patent Counsel, Semiconductor Division at Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. (Seoul, Korea) where he was responsible for licensing and enforcement for the memory, thin film transistor display, and high power transistor products.

Mr. Steinberg earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering, with honors, from Rochester Institute of Technology. He earned a JD, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School.

He is a Registered U.S. Patent Attorney, admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and is a member of the Massachusetts and District of Columbia Bars, and the Bar of the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
